Technical Supervisor

Requirements

1. Over 5 years of experience in related rubber industries such as tires, conveyor belts, reclaimed rubber, etc.
2. Good English proficiency, meeting reading, writing, and daily work communication needs.
3. Familiar with rubber mixing processes and equipment, vulcanization processes and equipment, and laboratory rubber performance testing.
4. Familiar with rubber formulation development and process improvement.
