High-Pressure Belt Cleaning with Water Filtration and Reuse

The traditional belt conveyor cleaning method is to use the cleaners installed at the discharge area of head pulley, cleaning the adhering material particles on the return side. The cleaning effect of the cleaners depends largely on the characteristics of the material, the belt surface is good or bad, the material of the blades and the degree of adhesion with the belt surface, especially in the cleaning of sticky small particles of material, there will often be some uncleaned smaller sticky material bonded to the return conveyor belt surface leading to carrybacks.Boton’s intelligent water circulation wash-box washes the belt surface with hi-pressure water flow to remove fine particles while cleaners clean the belt. Water scraper removes the residual water on the belt surface together with air flow to dry the belt. The material under flushing can be processed through sedimentation tank, the material after sedimentation goes into the silo, and the water is recycled after being processed by filtering and cleaning device. It improves the cleaning efficiency, is more friendly to the environment and saves resources.
