In the process of conveyor operation, due to various reasons such as the conveyor mis-tracking, spillage at loading point, carrybacks which will lead to the accumulation of materials along the conveyor, not only cause pollution to the environment, but also bring greater economic losses to the customer. The traditional way of cleaning by manual shoveling materials to the conveyor belt working surface, not only low efficiency and has a greater safety risks. Boton’s spillage remover is specially developed to solve this problem, featuring small size, easy to move, simple operation and high efficiency. When using this equipment, the field personnel only need to shovel the scattered materials into the hopper located on the ground, and the circular movement of the hopper will lift and dump the materials to the working side of the conveyor, so as to realize material recycling and ground cleaning.
