Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in Mandarin Chinese, with Thai or English as working languages.
  2. Over 8 years of professional HR experience and over 3 years of team management experience. Candidates with working experience in Thailand’s manufacturing or rubber industry are preferred.
  3. Proficient in no less than four out of six core HR modules; equipped with strategic thinking and data analysis capabilities. Capable of leveraging digital tools and information systems to lift HR operational efficiency and empower business-side people management.
  4. Familiar with Thailand BOI employment policies, relevant labor regulations and work visa application procedures.
  5. Solid expertise in end-to-end HR management; capable of boosting overall organizational efficiency via competency development, employee retention and manpower structure optimization.

Responsibilities

  1. Formulate and execute localized HR strategies for Thailand manufacturing plant, iterate and upgrade HR management systems covering recruitment, training, performance management, compensation & benefits and employee relations, ensuring full compliance with Thai labor laws.
  2. Optimize HR management policies and daily workflows, promote HR digitalization construction, and streamline internal processes to improve overall HR operational efficiency.
  3. Draft annual talent training plans in accordance with corporate training management specifications, track plan execution and post-training effectiveness. Build a sound internal talent pipeline, roll out management succession plans, facilitate cross-post knowledge transfer, and increase the headcount ratio of multi-skilled employees.
  4. Design and iterate the local compensation & benefits system, launch diversified employee incentive schemes, balance internal pay equity and external market competitiveness in Thailand. Take charge of local statutory compliance including social security and provident fund administration.
  5. Conduct regular salary benchmarking and manpower cost analysis, optimize labor cost structure, improve overall employee satisfaction, cooperate with frontline business departments, and cut voluntary turnover rate sustainably.
  6. Manage daily employee relations and corporate culture building, facilitate Sino-Thai cross-cultural integration. Handle employee appeals and labor disputes, guarantee procedural compliance, and bridge daily communication between Chinese expatriate management and local Thai management teams.
  7. Take full ownership of BOI employment compliance affairs and overseas employee visa lifecycle management.
  8. Lead HR legal compliance and risk control based on Thai labor laws; calibrate internal HR policies to eliminate legal vulnerabilities, administer labor contract signing, amendment and visa-related paperwork. Respond to emergent HR incidents including strikes and mass layoffs, and maintain smooth communication and sound relations with local government authorities.
