Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of equipment maintenance experience in heavy industry; experience with large mining conveyor systems preferred.
- 3+ years of experience leading maintenance teams in an overseas environment; mine site experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English for technical guidance, negotiation, and reporting.
- Solid EHS knowledge and practice with uncompromising safety commitment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Willingness for long-term overseas assignment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance, repair, and emergency handling of mine conveyor systems; develop data-driven preventive/predictive maintenance plans; strictly control safety, quality, schedule, and cost to ensure SLA-exceeding delivery.
- Act as the site EHS primary responsible person; implement safety standards, execute LOTO procedures, organize trainings and drills, aiming for zero major safety incidents.
- Lead local and expatriate technical teams; manage task allocation, training, performance, and career development; foster collaboration and cross-cultural integration.
- Serve as the primary client contact on site; maintain trust, report operational performance regularly, address complaints efficiently, and identify value-added service opportunities.
- Manage smart spare parts inventory and optimize stock structure; oversee local suppliers and subcontractors to ensure service quality and responsiveness.
- Participate in budget planning, monitor costs to ensure profitability; ensure compliance with local laws and labor policies.
