Process Engineer

Requirements

1. Understand rubber-related knowledge, especially expertise in the conveyor belt industry.
2. Proficient in rubber processing technology or possess basic knowledge of lean production and quality management.
3. Language skills (strong English reading and speaking ability).
4. Experience in quality-related work.
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

1. Formulate and maintain product manufacturing processes.
2. Develop and revise related process/technical documents.
3. Analyze causes of production process anomalies and solve problems to ensure product quality stability.
