Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in Mandarin Chinese, with Thai or English as working languages.
  2. Over 8 years of supply chain-related work experience and more than 3 years of team management experience. Candidates with manufacturing, rubber industry or relevant work experience in Thailand are preferred.
  3. Familiar with the full supply chain operation process; master core management points of procurement, warehousing, inventory and logistics, with abilities in supply chain cost control and risk prediction.
  4. Strong data analysis, planning and communication capabilities; proficient in mainstream systems and office software, with the ability to build digital information systems.
  5. Highly responsible, capable of working under pressure, able to properly resolve unexpected supply chain disruptions, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

  1. Implement the overall strategy of the Group Supply Chain Center, formulate annual supply chain implementation plans, ensure stable supply of all business segments and support the Group’s business objectives.
  2. Manage the full procurement process, interface with the Group sourcing system and ensure stable supply by meeting procurement requirements.
  3. Coordinate sales demand and Group planning, formulate reasonable supply and demand plans, balance supply and inventory, and reduce stockout risks.
  4. Manage local warehouse operations, control inventory structure and improve inventory turnover efficiency.
  5. Coordinate cross-border and local domestic logistics, arrange transportation capacity, ensure on-time delivery and control logistics costs.
  6. Take full charge of BOI compliance management, comply with policy requirements and complete all reporting, review and annual audit procedures.
  7. Establish and manage the local supply chain team, implement the Group’s performance appraisal standards and cultivate local professional talents.
  8. Build supply chain systems and processes, align with Group standards while adapting to local regulations, and optimize the management system.
  9. Lead full supply chain cost reduction work, complete the Group’s cost reduction targets and continuously optimize overall procurement and logistics costs.
  10. Track key supply chain KPIs (inventory turnover rate, on-time delivery rate, cost compliance rate, supplier qualification rate, etc.); regularly review operation data with the Group Supply Chain Center, analyze problems and propose targeted improvement plans to support continuous supply chain optimization of the Group.
