Differential Cone Roller Design

Dual-Wheel Correction Structure
The “two-wheel scheme” is adopted on both sides of the rotating part, which makes the corrective action after the deviation of the conveyor belt more powerful and more stable.
SKF Bearing Center Support
The SKF radial spherical plain bearing is used as the center support, which is durable and maintenance-free, especially suitable for occasions where supplementary lubrication is difficult.
Balanced Horizontal-Axis Design
The rotating part adopts the “horizontal axis”; the force is more balanced, different from the vertical axis of the ordinary aligning roller, its service life is doubled, and maintenance free.
Center-Guiding Straight Roller
The straight roller adopts two sets of supporting grooves in the middle of the belt, and the conveyor belt has a gathering effect toward the center when passing through the straight roller.
